2.一定要在平时加强训练，找机会多参加一些类似的活动。

造成紧张的另外一个原因就是缺乏这方面的训练。如果一个孩子经常参加一些类似于演讲比赛或者是演出之类的活动，那么他在面对考官的时候心理上就会比一次这样的活动都没有参加过的孩子放松的多。据说美国历届总统在发表国情咨文的记者招待会之前，都要进行预演，把他们的新闻助理、政策顾问找来，让他们向总统提出各种问题，总统试着回答，再由顾问们进行补充和校正。这样总统才能在记者招待会上给人留下对答如流、诙谐潇洒的良好印象。由此可见，这种训练是必不可少的。考生可以在学校或家里进行模拟面试的训练活动，以此克服面试中的紧张情绪。

3.在面试的前两天还有一些需要注意的地方。

4.考生在面试中一定要善于表现自己，发挥自己的优势。
